The January board meeting for Fair Park First will be held via teleconference to maintain social distancing on March 16. The meeting will be live-streamed on Facebook at 6pm. Please visit this link to view the live-stream.

Members of the public wishing to address the Fair Park First Board should sign up in advance by emailing [email protected] NO LATER than 4pm Tuesday, March 16, 2021 (Central Time).

Preregistered public speakers will be emailed a link and password for admittance to the meeting, and three minutes of speaking time.

The Texas Vietnam Veterans Memorial at Fair Park pays honor to those Texans who served the United States in the Vietnam War. Dedicated by former President George H. W. Bush in 1989, the Memorial features five tablets of Texas granite bearing the names of 3,271 Texans killed in action during the war in Vietnam, and 156 missing in action. A soothing waterfall flows alongside the memorial, which is familiarly known simply as, "The Wall.” On this #VeteransDay, we thank them and all the veterans who have served our country! 🙏 🇺🇸

🗣️ The @northtexasfoodbank will host a holiday food distribution event at Fair Park this Saturday, November 14 from 9a-12p, or until all available food has been distributed. Each family will receive one (1) frozen turkey (while supplies last), a 20 lb. box of shelf-stable dry products, and a 15lb bag of fresh produce (while supplies last).
