Why just visit Fair Park when you can have a party, a special event or even a performance at one of Fair Park’s facilities?

 

Over 749,000 square feet of enclosed space can be leased for conferences, exhibits, markets, festivals and sporting events.

The City of Dallas makes it possible for you to lease the following facilities year-round (except during the State Fair of Texas):

  • Automobile Building
  • Band Shell
  • Centennial Hall
  • Cotton Bowl Stadium
  • Craft Village
  • Creative Arts Building
  • Embarcadero Building
  • Food & Fiber Pavilion
  • Grand Place
  • Tower Building
Obtain special event leasing information for these facilities through City of Dallas Fair Park Administration office. The Fair Park Administration office also coordinates use of Fair Park’s public plazas and grounds. You can reach them by phone at +1.214.670.8400.

Many of Fair Park’s museums and performance venues (even the Old Mill Inn Restaurant) can also be rented. Contact those facilities directly.
