Summer Adventures in Fair Park is an oasis inside the 277-acre Fair Park.  A combination amusement park and educational adventure, a pay-one-price Summer Adventures Passport includes all of the rides, shows, the Children's Aquarium at Fair Park, Texas Discovery Gardens, and the Swan Boats on the lagoon!

 

Add money to your card and use it like a debit card to purchase food, drinks, games, and merchandise. You'll be able to enjoy all of your favorite State Fair foods ... including Fletcher's Corny Dogs.

 

The 2013 debut of Summer Adventures also marks the debut of the 500-ft. Top o' Texas Tower, the world's tallest tower ride. Of course the Texas Star® Ferris wheel and the Texas Skyway will also "star" at Summer Adventures in Fair Park. 

 
Summer Adventures offers lots of ways to cool off in the Texas heat. Look for "Cool Zones" and water fountains throughout the park. Plus there's the Flow Rider where you can get wet and ride the waves.
 
And how's this for your family or group: you can rent a private cabana or Airstream trailer with your own dedicated park entry gate, wait staff, flat screen television with DirecTV service, locker, and refrigerator.
 
Summer Adventures will be open Saturdays and Sundays in May, 2013, until June 7 when it begins daily operations for non-stop fun in Fair Park. Guests driving to Summer Adventures in Fair Park should enter Gate 11 off of Fitzhugh Ave.  Upon arrival,  tune to 1650 AM on the radio and follow directions to gated and secure parking area. Parking is $15.
